LabiiGPT
Overview
LabiiGPT is an artificial intelligence assistant that provides researchers with assistance when they are using the Labii research platform. It is designed to provide users with an easy-to-use interface to ask questions, access protocol details, and gain research insights.
LabiiGPT is based on the GPT-3 architecture, a state-of-the-art language model that is trained on a large corpus of scientific literature. This means that LabiiGPT can understand and respond to natural language queries related to a wide range of scientific topics.
LabiiGPT provides researchers with an invaluable tool that can help streamline their research process and increase their productivity. By leveraging the power of AI, LabiiGPT can help researchers stay on top of their research goals and make more informed decisions about their research.
Models
LabiiGPT - LabiiGPT is a question answering (QA) model that has been specifically trained on Labii's documentation to provide users with answers on how to use Labii. LabiiGPT is a free resource that is available to anyone with a Labii account.
ProtocolGPT - ProtocolGPT is an AI-powered tool that has been specifically designed to guide users in the creation of biology protocols. ProtocolGPT has been trained on a vast database of biology protocols, enabling it to understand the structure and content of a wide range of experimental procedures.
InsightGPT - InsightGPT is an AI-powered tool that has been trained based on your research data, enabling it to provide valuable insights and answers related to your specific research area. Please note that InsightGPT is a paid model and will require a purchase to access. Additionally, it is important to know that we will only use your data to train the model once you have purchased the plan.
Interface
Conversation list
The conversation list interface is a feature of the LabiiGPT that displays all the conversations that a user has had with the AI assistant. When a user clicks on the LabiiGPT button or changes the model, the conversation list for that specific model will be displayed.
The conversation list page provides an overview of all the past interactions that a user has had with LabiiGPT. Each conversation is represented by a list item that contains the date and time of the conversation, as well as a brief summary of the conversation's topic or subject.
By clicking on a specific conversation item in the list, the user can access the full conversation history with LabiiGPT for that particular topic. This allows the user to review past discussions, reference previous insights or information provided by LabiiGPT, and continue the conversation where it left off.
The conversation list interface is a useful tool for researchers who need to keep track of their interactions with LabiiGPT across multiple topics. By providing easy access to past conversations, it can help users stay organized, save time, and make more informed decisions based on previous interactions with the AI assistant.
Conversation detail
The conversation detail page displays all questions related to the conversation topic. The conversation detail page can be opened when a new conversation is created or when a conversation is clicked.
The conversation detail interface displays all questions related to a particular conversation topic. It can be opened when a new conversation is created or when a previous conversation is clicked.
Each question and response will be displayed in a separate thread, with the most recent message displayed at the bottom of the page.
The conversation detail interface page can be useful for researchers who need to review past conversations, reference previous insights or information provided by LabiiGPT, and continue the conversation where it left off. It can also help researchers to identify areas where they need further clarification or research, and to identify trends or patterns in their research questions and topics.
