Use case

• A company owner uses the widget to track the contribution of each project to the overall record count, enabling data-driven decisions about project prioritization, resource allocation, and investment strategies.

• A department manager utilizes the widget to monitor the record volume associated with each project, identifying areas that require additional support, optimization, or restructuring to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

Configuration

To configure the widget, click the Edit button. You can customize both the data source and the widget interface.

• Projects. Choose a list of projects. All projects will be included if not selected.

• Tables. Choose a list of tables. All tables will be included if not selected.

• Query. Further queries to narrow the results. To exclude archived records, use is_archived=false.

• Height. Chart height in px. Default to 250px.

Interface

The widget displays the number of records for each project in a pie chart format. This visualization is ideal if the number of projects is manageable. However, if you have a larger number of projects or need a different visual representation, you can leverage the Chart feature to switch to other types of charts, such as bar charts, line graphs, or scatter plots, which might better suit your needs. Additionally, for further data analysis or reporting purposes, you can easily download the source data by clicking the Download button. This allows you to manipulate and review the data in detail using other tools or software.
