Quickbooks Items

Download all products and services from QuickBooks and save them directly within the Labii platform.

Overview

The Labii QuickBooks Items widget enables users to effortlessly import their QuickBooks items into Labii, allowing them to download all products and services from QuickBooks and save them directly within the Labii platform. By centralizing these items in Labii, users can manage and track their products and services more effectively, streamlining workflows and ensuring that data remains consistent and accessible across both platforms.

Use case

• Download all Quickbooks Items as products and services.

Configuration

The following information is required to specify where the items data should be stored by the widget.

• Authorization Information

  • Realm ID - The realm ID is a unique identifier for your QuickBooks Online company.

  • Refresh Token

  • Is Sandbox - Select if you are using the QuickBooks Online sandbox environment.

• Projects Information

  • Projects - Select the projects to be assigned to the accounts and contacts.

• Product Information

  • Product Table - The table that stores the products

  • Product: Quickbooks Item ID - Choose the column that stores the Quickbooks Item ID

  • Product: Quickbooks Sync Token - Choose the column that stores the Quickbooks Sync Token

  • Product: Parent - Choose the column that stores the parent

  • Product: Price - Choose the column that stores the price

  • Product: Category - Choose the column that stores the category

  • Product: Quantity - Choose the column that stores the quantity

  • Product: Income Charts of Accounts - Choose the column that stores the income charts of accounts

  • Product: Expense Charts of Accounts - Choose the column that stores the expense charts of accounts

Interface

The widget's interface is straightforward, featuring a simple "Start Download" button.

Download

After all information is provided in the configuration. Click the Start Download button to start downloading data from Quickbooks. If product record is already present in the system, it will be updated.
