Configuration
Initial Setup
Navigate to the dashboard where you want to add the widget.
Click Add Widget and select Quickbooks Items from the dashboard widget catalog.
Configure required authorization, project assignment, and product table mappings.
Click Save to add the widget to your dashboard.
Required Settings
Realm ID: Unique identifier for your QuickBooks Online company.
Refresh Token: OAuth refresh token used to authenticate and retrieve item data.
Is Sandbox: Enable when connecting to QuickBooks sandbox instead of production.
Projects: Project(s) to associate with synchronized product records.
Product Table: Table that stores product and service records.
Product: Quickbooks Item ID: Column for QuickBooks item ID.
Product: Quickbooks Sync Token: Column for QuickBooks sync token.
Product: Parent: Column for parent item relationship.
Product: Price: Column for price value.
Product: Category: Column for category or classification.

Project Scope Selection: Limit synchronization to selected project contexts.

Readonly View
Dashboard widgets are displayed in read-only mode on dashboards for monitoring and actions.

Download and Synchronize
After configuration is complete, click Start Download to import products and services from QuickBooks. Existing Labii records are updated when matching identifiers are found.
