The "Record Count By Filter" widget in the Labii dashboard displays a precise count of records that match a specific filter, providing users with a clear and concise visual indicator of key performance metrics. This widget enables users to track the number of records that meet specific conditions, such as tasks to be finished, customers closed, or orders processed, in real-time. By configuring custom filters, users can tailor the widget to their specific needs, gaining valuable insights into their data and enabling data-driven decision making. With its intuitive and dynamic display, the "Record Count By Filter" widget helps users stay on top of their most important metrics, streamline their workflows, and drive business success.

Use case

• Display number of tasks to finish.

• Display number of customer closed.

Configuration

To configure the widget, click the Edit button. You can customize both the data source and the widget interface.

• Table - Select a table to update the filter dropdown.

• Filter - You can display the count number by selecting a filter. The count will be calculated at real time with a filter.

• Name - You can override the name of the filter by providing a name.

• Font color - The color of the count number

• Background color - The color of the background card

Interface

The widget interface shows the count of records according to the selected filter, along with the filter's name. Additionally, you can click on the "View Details" button to access the list of records.
