How the assay works

The workflow consists of serial dilutions of DNA samples, followed by transfer of the dilution series to the QUiCKR plate. The plate is run on standard fluorescence readers and the output file is uploaded to the QUiCKR platform for instant analysis.

By default, users see a file selection area, allowing them to easily upload their experiment data. Once a file is selected and analyzed, the interface dynamically updates to display comprehensive summary results, including indel quantification and a detailed layout heat chart for visualizing modifications. This streamlined workflow ensures users can quickly interpret their data with high accuracy, leveraging QUiCKR’s advanced analytics for faster decision-making in Cell and Gene Therapies.

Once validated, a new experiment and run are created in QUiCKR, followed by file upload to QUiCKR for processing. The system then performs automated analysis, generating instant results that include summary insights, indel quantification, and a layout heat chart for easy interpretation. This streamlined workflow accelerates data-driven decisions, enabling faster and more accurate genetic analysis.
