Free support

Labii provides a lot of resources for free. It comes with the package once you purchased the Labii.

Tutorial

The tutorial provides you a quick introduction to Labii and some basic steps to get started to use Labii. This page is designed for new users.

When no records were created, this tutorial page will be opened in default.

Documentation

The documentation provides detailed guidelines for each feature at Labii. Use the documentation to address your technical problems or configurations.

YouTube

Labii has a YouTube channel that provides videos on how to use Labii. Videos are a more straightforward way of learning. Check out the videos to get your understanding of Labii features in minutes.

Tickets

Create a ticket to resolve a specific question. A Labii representative will be with you to resolve your questions. The tickets are private, it is safe to share your sensitive data with Labii.

You can keep track of the status of your ticket (open/closed) and rate the services you received.

Forum

Submit a post and get it discussed with other Labii users.

The forum is public, the submitted content is google searchable and will be visible to the public. Please blind your sensitive information in the post.

Requests

Submit a request if you need a new feature or recommendations to improve Labii.

Users can vote a request if they also want the feature. The higher the request voted, the more likely the request gets developed.
