Send notifications


This widget is an updated version of the Emails widget. Use it for managing and sending notifications related to a record. Refer to the Notifications page for more information.
Team members can use the widget to communicate by receiving and sending notifications via email.
You can use the widget to send emails to your leads/customers.

Add notification

To add a notification, click the "+ Notification" button. By default, the current record will be added. See the Notification page for the detail of notification fields.


The Inbox tab displays a list of notifications. These three details provide information about who sent the notifications, what the name is, and what the date is.
Click the "Name" of the notification to read its details.


On the "Sent" tab, you can also access the sent box. It lists all the notifications you have sent.

Delete notification

A notification can be deleted by clicking the "Delete" icon.
