Labii introduces a powerful and streamlined "Search at List View" feature, designed to enhance user efficiency by allowing precise control over search results within various list views. This versatile function is available across project list views, table list views, and settings list views, offering a seamless search experience.
Key Features:
Quick Search: Search for the provided term in the name and description. It is fast, but it doesn't return all results that match.
Deep Search: Search for the provided term in all the fields. While it is a bit slow, it returns all results that match the term.
Advanced Search: The advanced search allows you to perform searches based on any number of fields.
The search function is supported at the following list view:
Table list view - The Table List view displays a list of records for a table.
Project list view - The Project List view displays a list of records for a project.
Setting list view - The Settings List view displays a list of particular settings items.

This rapid search functionality prioritizes speed while offering a convenient way to find relevant results. While it provides fast results, it's important to note that Quick Search may not return all possible matches, making it ideal for quick and initial exploration.
How to Use Quick Search:
Enter Search Term: Input your desired search term in the designated search bar.
Press Enter or Click Search: Initiate the search by pressing the Enter key after typing your term. Alternatively, click the dedicated Search button for the same effect.
Explore Results: Quickly review the results presented, focusing on items whose names or descriptions match the provided search term. Keep in mind that Quick Search prioritizes speed over exhaustive results.

While it may be slightly slower than Quick Search, Deep Search ensures comprehensive results by considering every aspect of the data. This feature is particularly valuable when users require an exhaustive and detailed search across various fields.
How to Use Deep Search:
Enter Search Term: Input the desired search term in the dedicated search bar.
Click Deep Search Button: Initiate the deep search by clicking the designated Deep Search button. This prompts the system to perform a thorough exploration of all fields for the specified term.
Review Detailed Results: Take your time to review the comprehensive results provided by Deep Search. The outcomes will encompass matches from all relevant fields, offering a detailed overview.
Labii brings a robust and flexible Advanced Search feature, empowering users with the ability to perform highly customized searches based on multiple fields. This sophisticated functionality is designed to accommodate diverse search requirements, allowing users to define specific criteria for a more refined and targeted search experience.
How to Use Advanced Search:
Enter Search Term: Input the desired search term in the designated search bar.
Click Advanced Search: Initiate the advanced search by clicking the Advanced Search button.
Build Queries: Use the query form to define search criteria, specifying fields, lookup expressions, and values. Add or remove queries as needed.
Perform Search: Click "Perform advanced search" to execute the search based on the configured queries.
Save Results: Save the search results as a new filter for future reference by clicking "Save as new filter."
Hide Advanced Search: To declutter the interface, click "Cancel" to hide the advanced search form when not in use.
