The "My Profile" page on Labii serves as a comprehensive hub for users to manage and update their personal information swiftly and securely. This feature empowers users to modify their personnel details seamlessly, ensuring accuracy and relevance in their Labii experience. Additionally, the page provides specific settings customization, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) configuration and email settings adjustments, enabling users to enhance the security of their accounts and personalize communication preferences effortlessly. With a user-centric design, the "My Profile" page in Labii offers a centralized platform for users to efficiently manage their information and tailor their settings according to their preferences and security needs.
You can access your profile page by clicking your name at the top right of the navigation bar. From the dropdown menu, select "My Profile".
Avatar
An avatar is a graphical representation of a user. The avatar field allows you to upload your picture.
Personnel information
Statement
In the statement field, you can provide your personal statement.
Timezone
You can define your timezone in the timezone field. When a time zone is defined in Labii, the timestamp is converted to your local time.
Language
You have the option to choose your preferred language when using Labii. Language preferences are prioritized as follows: Labii will select the language settings in the specified order, and if no language is set, it will default to English.

Labii offers users the flexibility to choose their preferred name format, considering that the order of first and last names varies from country to country.

Multi-factor authentication
A multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an electronic authentication method that requires the user to submit two or more pieces of evidence to an authentication mechanism.
To enable MFA in Labii, you must provide a phone number with area code, and enable the "Should Enable MFA" setting.
Email settings
The email settings offer users a range of customization options, allowing them to specify their preferred method of sending emails.
Should Use Personal Email
When set to 'true', it enables the utilization of personal email addresses for sending messages; when set to 'false', it confines email transmission to support@labii.com. For sending communications to your customers, it's advisable to have this set to 'true'.
Once 'true' is selected, kindly ensure to verify your email address by clicking on the Email Address Verification Request link. The "Is Email Verified" field serves as an indicator of the successfulness of the verification process for the email.
Email Template
You can personalize your email experience by utilizing the email template feature, incorporating your unique templates and signatures when sending messages. This functionality allows you to reinforce your brand identity seamlessly. In instances where no specific email template is designated, Labii defaults to its own template for consistency in communication.
